Growing, dynamic San Francisco residential real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team!

This is a fabulous opportunity to take your 2+ years of property accountant experience into a senior role where you'll have a significant company impact.

Responsibilities include the entire process for a portfolio; property financials, roll up financials for joint ventures, accruals, loan draws and cash analysis.

Salary 75-95K (depending on experience) excellent benefits including medical, 401K matching, and more, including the potential to receive a no-costs apartment in San Francisco!

Requirements are a bachelor's degree in accounting or business and 2+ years of property management/real estate accounting experience.
