In this Leasing Coordinator role, you will be fielding phone calls and email inquires on listings, interfacing with potential tenants, showing properties, providing customer service, drafting and coordinating leasing documents, and other projects from the Leasing Department.
This is a growth position that leads to a Leasing Agent role with the firm.
They hire sharp, friendly, motivated people who are looking to learn and grow in the real estate field. You should be available to work occasional weekends.
Base salary of 50K, plus commission.
