Growing, dynamic San Francisco real estate firm is seeking a paralegal to join their team. 

The Paralegal will be responsible for creating, reviewing, organizing, tracking and maintaining legal documentation for the Company and its affiliates. This role will work across all divisions of the Company including accounting, acquisitions, asset management, construction, HR, Investment, IT and property management. Duties will initially be performed remotely and then in our Downtown San Francisco office beginning in mid-2021.

Requirements are 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience and experience with corporate law, contract law, employment matters, real estate, litigation, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.

Salary is to 85K, excellent benefits.
