    Growing, dynamic  San Francisco residential real estate firm is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team!

    In this role you will be responsible for executing all activities related to processing payroll for employees and support the operations and administration of the Company’s benefits programs. This role will work across all divisions of the Company, including acquisitions, construction, leasing, accounting, asset management and property management.

    Duties include processing regular exempt and non-exempt payroll on a bi-weekly basis, processing , administering and overseeing all leave of absence and accommodation requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, Federal & State mandated leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, FFCRA), maintaining records for vacation and sick leave, providing excellent customer service for employee issues and inquires regarding payroll and benefit matters, and working on special projects as needed.
