Our client, a growing San Francisco real estate firm, is seeking an Office Administrator. This position is a crucial role for the firm and is involved with many important facets of the company. This is a great opportunity to put strong interpersonal and organizational skills and solid administrative experience to work for an awesome, collegial team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to executives and co-founders
- Facilitate staff travel
- Daily scheduling and coordinating of meetings
- Manage executive expense reports and corporate credit cards
- Oversee kitchen and office supply inventory and mange vendor contracts
- Facilitate company events
- Coordinate new workstation setup for employees
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office administration/management experience
- Awesome interpersonal/communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with travel arrangements and budget management a plus
Compensation:
- 65-75K salary + year-end bonus
