Entry level opportunity to join a growing residential SF real estate company in a Leasing Administrator role. This is a great position for a college graduate with a knowledge and love for San Francisco neighborhoods who is seeking to learn and grow in the residential real estate field.

You will work with an all-star leasing team and be trained by two amazing leasing industry veterans. There are various growth paths in the company from this position including into leasing agent, leasing marketing, CRM/call center management, or property management roles.

Duties involve producing data analytics reports, fielding phone calls about property inquires, updating online advertisements, assisting with social media postings and accounts, marketing, maintaining databases, drafting lease documents, coordinating with various departments for resident onboarding processes, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements are:

• College degree
• Ability to work multiple weekend days per month (you will get an additional week day off in this case)
• 1 year of administrative experience (during or post-college)
• Desire to learn and grow in real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to pivot and switch gears quickly as needed, team-player attitude

Salary is 52K- 60K depending on experience + discretionary bonuses throughout the year, and an annual bonus
