-Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
-Master’s Degree preferred
-5 years’ experience in healthcare delivery, to include at least 4 years in quality improvement/performance improvement as a primary role with Bachelor's Degree required or -
5 years’ experience in healthcare delivery, to include at least 3 years in quality improvement/performance improvement as a primary role with
Master’s Degree required License and Certifications:
-SSGBC – Six Sigma Green Belt Certification upon hire
-SSLP – Six Sigma Lean Professional upon hire or PMP – Project Management Professional Certification upon hire
Skills:
- -Work requires good organizational skills.
- -Work requires excellent written communications skills.
- -Work requires demonstrated ability and skills with project management and quality improvement tools, such as Microsoft -Project, Visio, Excel, Sharepoint, or Qeystone.
- -Work requires strong analytical/problem solving skills.

- -Work requires ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines, as well as time management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare delivery, to include at least 4 years in quality improvement/performance improvement as a primary role with Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare delivery, to include at least 3 years in quality improvement/performance improvement as a primary role with Master’s Degree required
