Education:
5+ years of Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, & 10, macOS, iOS) experience required
5+ years of system management experience required (LANDesk or SCCM) experience required
Mobile device management knowledge
Active Directory and Group Policy experience
Collaborative tools (e-mail, instant messaging, web and video conferencing)
Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Microsoft Office Productivity suite 2010, 2013, 2016
Hardware and software testing and evaluation
Automated test tools Local Area Network (LAN) technologies
Encryption technologies
Scripting knowledge
Understanding/familiarity with Image Development and Management w/Microsoft MDT
Understanding/familiarity with design and configuration of virtual environments/solutions (VMWare Horizon products, ESX, Citrix or Hyper-V)
Solid Network Infrastructure Principles knowledge required
Tier 3 and 4 Support in an Enterprise Desktop Environment preferred
Cross-Functional Team
Leadership Experience in a large ITILv3 compliant
Enterprise Environment is required
Higher level platform-related certifications (e.g., (MCSA, MCSE, MCSD, MCP, RHCE, RHDS, RHCA, LPIC-2, LPIC-3, VCP, VCAP, SNIA, etc.) recommended
