Required Skills and Experience

1) Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse; Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required

2) At least 2 years of recent supervisory or administrative experience in home health care required

3) Experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting

4) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order

5) Excellent customer service skills

6) Experience leading a census of 300-500

* Ability to meet or exceed tight deadlines

* Ability to utilize effective problem-solving skills * Ability to effectively multi-task
