Job Description
Support new and existing customers and implement and enhance their software quality assurance practices and automations. Analyze customer processes, identify, develop and enhance robust QA practices. Simplify the adoption of automation practices for our clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Outcomes:
- Independently lead multiple quality assurance projects
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels at or above 90%
- Develop automations for clients and add to MCANTA’s core automation library for future projects.
- Analyze, develop and improve QA programs within client organizations.
- Coach
- Develop junior MCANTA staff, mentoring them to lead future projects
- Support client learning through MCANTA’s cognitive apprentice model
- Core process development
- Propose and improve MCANTA core processes that will refine our ability to deliver QA services more effectively
- Identify new tools that support MCANTA’s services
- Certifications
- Achieve and maintain Eggplant Genius certifications
- Achieve and maintain ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level certification
- Identify future certifications that would enhance MCANTA’s position in the market
Key Skills & Attributes:
3 Years of increased responsibility leading QA projects with a focus on commercial off the shelf software (COTS).
Strong documentation skills and ability to interview clients to uncover all elements of business processes.
1 Year as a Business Analyst in a (COTS) role.
