If you have experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry - amazing. If you have no experience in the AEC industry, then you are equally as qualified to join our program as a SkillBridge fellow. We can train all the technical skills required to be successful in this industry, but we hire for nontechnical skills, character, leadership attributes and future potential. Required Mindset/Disposition: * Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow * Engagement in the systems processes of the company * Interest in learning more about the AEC Industry * Alignment with our Core Values * General care and servant leadership mentality; willingness to help out team members toward collective objective What the opportunity offers you: * Credentialing/Certifications: * PMP * Project Management Professional (Prep Course and Exam facilitation) * ENV SP * Envision Sustainability Professional (Certification) * OSHA-30 * Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-Hour Course (Certification) * Integration into a team comprised of technical and nontechnical industry project professionals * Industry exposure; project and program experience * A chance to be challenged, motivated, brought into a community, and practice new communication skills in a new organizational environment. * The opportunity to join a group of entrepreneurs seeking to build the next generation of project leaders in the AEC industry. Work Location: Haddonfield, NJ is the location of our Company HQ. Depending on the project or program that you are assigned to, you may have the opportunity to work in NJ, PA, NY, MD or other states. Approximately 25% of this fellowship is expected to be remote.
