Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician at MCI, you will be entrusted with critical tasks that directly impact our clients' comfort and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting repair calls on a diverse range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Serving as the face of our company, maintaining direct customer interactions.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving HVAC system issues on-site.
• Executing preventative maintenance, conducting site surveys, and implementing replacement modifications as required.
• Ensuring accurate completion of work orders and meticulous review with customers for precision.
• Skillfully diagnosing HVAC equipment failures and providing details for repair estimates to the office for quoting purposes.
• Implementing repairs that adhere to MCI's exceptional quality standards.

In addition, you'll be responsible for equipment start-up procedures, scheduled maintenance, new equipment installations, emergency response, administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of at least 3 years in the HVAC field, demonstrating expertise in commercial systems.
• An HVAC certificate from a reputable trade school or community college.
• Proficient technical acumen related to HVAC systems and equipment.
• Valid driver's license, clear of any restrictions, along with the ability to pass drug tests and comprehensive background checks.
• EPA Certification and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, including electrical components.
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
