Job Description

MCI Staffing is currently seeking sales advocates who have excellent communication skills and embrace a customer-first approach to become part of our team.

Our advocates:

Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.

Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.

Participate in outside marketing.

Maintain store appearance, stocks accessories, and keep displays up to company standard.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Stay up to date with new products and services.

Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.

Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.

Education, Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Sales/Retail experience preferred

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
