    MCI Track Specialist

    Job Summary:

    The MCI Track Specialist is responsible for allocating labor, equipment, materials, and PPE in MCI Track to be billed to customer and reconcile to jobs to make sure they are fully billed.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Tracks billings for labor, material, equipment, and PPE through MCI Track.
    • Contacts Project Managers for status updates of a jobs standing.
    • Bills daily labor, material, equipment, and PPE.
    • Speaks with customers and contractors on approval of costs.
    • Processes change orders from customers.
    • Reviews jobs and confirms that all items have been billed for close out.
    • Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
    • Ability to proofread.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Basic understanding of office equipment.
    • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
    • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school graduate.
    • 1 year of data entry experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
