Advanced Skills Management (ASM) Coordinator

Training Administration as Advanced Skills Management (ASM) Database Coordinator for USN LCS crews in support of Pre-commissioning. Using a tailored MP&T WAN application, manage in-house programs/processes used to monitor training requirements. Utilize the ASM web-based training management tool that supports the identification and completion of job-related tasks to include:
Management of training at all levels of the command structure
Track prospective gains
Provide real-time assessment of qualifications
Identifying training deficiencies
Manage access to track training for individual crewmembers
Validate level of knowledge and skills.
Train ASM Administrators in ASM functions
Train PQS Coordinators in ASM Functions
Be able to communicate effectively.
Prepare and submit periodic status reports
