As a Data Entry Specialist at Globe Life, you will assist with the workload pertaining to but not limited to processing and entry of all paper applications and e-apps received. The specialist will also communicate with internal and external customers regarding issues related to processing applications. The specialist will assist as needed with additional workload as assigned by the supervisor.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Processing applications through ISA using CAPTIVA software application
- Processing Batch applications
- Emailing and communicating with Agency Owners, Agents, and Quality Managers
- Managing and working emails daily
- Process A250's and OPAI's
- Additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn new computer systems.
- Team player
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient typing skills are a must, assessment required
Required Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
- Call center experience a plus
- Insurance experience a plus
- Previous Data Entry skills required
