SPEAR, A CALIBRE Company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Suitland, MD. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
- Two years of technical experience providing phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under contract.
- Requires competence in serving as the initial point of contact for trouble-shooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently or under general direction.
- High school diploma.
- Public Trust Clearance.
