    AMONG THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A NONPROFIT AGENCY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTRACT 75 PERCENT OF ITS TOTAL DIRECT LABOR HOURS MUST BE PERFORMED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR SEVERELY DISABLED.     GENERAL SUMMARY: 

     Under the supervision of the Director of Photo License and Unique Source District Manager, the photo License Technician is responsible for the security of the Photo Center and its contents, processing of customers in a polite, professional, and efficient manner, and the daily operation of the Photo center.

     

    EDUCATION:

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    Ability to read comprehend, and communicate, both orally and written, using the English language.

    Ability to comprehend oral training and written instruction in both a one-on –one or a group setting.

     

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

     

    None required.

     

    Examines the customers’ identification documentation and verifies signature. 

    Operates computer system. Replaces printer ribbons. Verifies customer physical characteristics with the information on the camera card. Especially height and eye color.  Takes pictures and processes licenses and photo identification. 

    Assists the customer with questions and problems related to their driver’s license, in person and by telephone. 

    Maintains daily log, security log and other paper work. 

    Shreds camera cards and other documents. 

    Arms and disarms the security system for the site. 

    Opens and closes safe. 

    Accepts temporary assignment at other Photo Locations and training’s scheduled at locations outside primary site assignment. 

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
    • Possesses current practical experience using DoD IT resource reporting, systems of record: DoD Information Technology Investment Portal /Select & Native Programming Data Input System for Information Technology (DITIP/SNaP-IT), DoD Information Technology Portfolio Registry (DITPR), Data Center Inventory Management (DCIM) System, Integrated Business Framework – Data Alignment Portal (IBF-DAP)
