    ACADEMIC SUPPORT – TUTORS, NOTE TAKING, SCRIBE, TEST READER


     

    Multiple position openings:

    • Tutors
    • Note-Takers
    • Readers
    • Scribes

     

    PAY: $10.00 per hour

     

    PAY CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt; Hourly


     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain world-class customer service to students, staff, and faculty
    2. High ability to multi-task
    3. Maintain confidentiality.
    4. Provide a professional image of SC4
    5. Other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Overall “3.0” or higher GPA
    2. Ability to write legible, speak and read proficiently
    3. Ability to be punctual, responsible, and flexible

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

     

    • Must possess a current CDL or have the ability to obtain a CDL license with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, if expired
    • Must have a clean and safe driving record with the Department of Motor Vehicles
    • Overall knowledge of safety in the transportation industry
    • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
    • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to communicate policies and procedures and implement safety and training programs
    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
    • Knowledge of basic mathematics
    • Ability to present to different size groups and audience types
    • Ability to work with a variety of professional and administrative personnel
    • Knowledge of and ability to administer DOT, OSHA, ADA requirements, local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
    • Ability to learn company policies and training curriculum, and deliver both in a consistent and detailed manner
    • Must be a team player and willing to accept and support company processes and systems
