Position Overview

The person will support the organization by providing VMware Workspace One administration across multiple Organization Groups and Assignment Groups. The candidate will also be required to implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the Workspace One Environment. The primary responsibilities of the position are listed below.

Responsibilities:

·  Daily Monitoring, Maintenance and Reporting on the environment.

·  Break/fix in the environment.

·  Building device profiles and compliance policies.

·  Yearly Renewal of Apple certificates, APNs, DEP, and VPP.

·  Experience in Apple Business Manager console & managing device assignments.

·  Daily Account Management and Directory Services configuration.

·  Experience in enrolling devices, (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)

·  Experience setting up shared devices.

·  Experience in Migrating devices from one ABM to another and the waiting period involved.

·  Experience with custom app deployments and internal app deployments.

·  Experience with App strings and app customizations for deployments.

Qualifications

·         Knowledgeable on a variety of operating systems.

          (iOS, iPad OS, MacOS, Android, Windows, Chrome OS, etc.)

• Experience in user account management and device management.
• Experience in Device Security and Device Encryption.
• Experience setting up Android EMM Registration.
• Experience with AppleCare.
• Experience with Managed Apple IDs.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple assignments.
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate project/ticket status information.
• Good interpersonal skills gets along well with others.
• Good customer service skills, including end-user support.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• 3 -5 years of Workspace One Experience preferred
• Experience in VMware’s Cloud Connector installation and configuration a plus as well as experience in VMware’s Content Gateway and Backend File Server management.

Workspace One Associate, Professional, and Expert certifications preferred.

Experience in SQL installs and upgrades.
