JOB SUMMARY

The full-time Customer Service Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting data into the SAP processing system.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within customer service field.

· Prepares data for upload entry by compiling and sorting information

· Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

· Verifies entered data for accuracy by reviewing, correcting, deleting, reentering data; or combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete

· Secures information by strictly following company procedures for data archiving and backups

· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

· Maintains data integrity and protects operations by keeping information confidential

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Must have equivalent data entry skills (Speed and Accuracy)

· Education (preferred level) High School Graduate or Equivalent

· Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Salary: $15.00 per hour
