Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Internal Medicine physician (MD or DO) to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine doctor who is passionate about primary care, committed to patient wellness, and values collaborative, high-touch healthcare in a supportive and modern clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care and internal medicine services to adult patients

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses

Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventative screenings

Develop personalized treatment plans and follow-up care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff

Utilize our modern EMR system to document patient interactions efficiently

Maintain compliance with state and federal medical regulations

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine

Active California medical license (or ability to obtain one)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to high-quality, personalized patient care

Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
