Are you passionate about clinical research and building connections in the healthcare community? We are looking for a full-time Clinical Research Marketer with previous marketing experience to join our team. You'll help us establish strong relationships in the community while coordinating exciting events. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and local community health organizations. • Engage with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to introduce and explain the benefits and objectives of the clinical research studies. • Regularly visit healthcare providers to keep them informed about current and upcoming clinical trials. • Plan, organize, and assist in managing community events related to clinical research, such as health fairs, informational seminars, and workshops. • Collaborate with the research team to ensure accurate and effective presentation of study information at these events. • Develop marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and understanding of clinical trials. • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms. • Regularly update website content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and SEO best practices. • Engage with online and local communities to promote clinical research. • Create and manage diverse content types (articles, infographics, videos) tailored for different platforms and audiences. • Uphold clinic's brand identity in all marketing and communication efforts. • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital media, to promote the research facility and its studies. • Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters. • Provide comprehensive information and educational materials to healthcare providers about the research studies, including patient eligibility, study protocol, and benefits. • Organize training sessions or informational meetings for healthcare providers, if necessary. • Uphold a positive and professional image of the organization at all times. • Ensure all communications and interactions with the community and healthcare providers are conducted in a respectful and ethical manner. • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in clinical research to effectively represent the organization. • Regularly report on marketing activities, community engagement, and the effectiveness of different strategies. • Gather feedback from healthcare providers and community members to continually improve outreach and educational efforts. • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines for clinical research. • Stay updated on changes in regulations or guidelines that may affect marketing and community engagement activities. • Work closely with the clinical research team to understand the specifics of each study. • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the overall goals and requirements of the research projects.
Qualifications:
Previous marketing experience is required. Experience in social media, digital marketing, and SEO. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Personable and able to build rapport quickly. Basic knowledge or understanding of clinical research. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A valid driver's license and up-to-date car insurance are necessary for travel to various provider offices in the East Valley.
Schedule: Full-time Flexible hours to accommodate your availability. Travel required within the East Valley.
