Positions Available for Buyer Agents and Listing Agent Operating from our private expansive office our team consists of 12 full time agents along with 5 support team members. Required Skills, Education and Experience: Real estate experience not required Must have or be willing to obtain a Maryland Real Estate License. We provide training, coaching and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed. Full Time Availability (i.e. no other job commitments)

You'll have bi-monthly one-on-one meetings to review your goals, leads, transactions, dialogue, long-term business objectives and questions that arise from specific client situations. You'll have a full team of support staff behind you, handling office tasks so you can focus on higher-income activities. You'll learn best practices for follow-up that turn internet leads into closed deals.
