    Our growing Real Estate office is seeking a Client Care Coordinator/Transaction Coordinator who can deliver 5 star customer service to our Agents and their clients. Candidates should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our processes. Experience in the Real Estate and/or related industries is required.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The position is for a full-time experienced candidate who will work with both buyers & sellers. Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Acting as a liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, title companies, and mortgage brokers during the process
    • Manage administrative tasks involved in a home sale or purchase
    • Follow up with individuals to ensure all deadlines are met
    • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
    • Coordinate closing date, time, and location and notify all parties
    • Follow up with clients after the sale
    • Completing pre-Listing package and research (as needed)
    • Ordering & receiving photography
    • Inputting listings into MLS
    • Reviewing listing agreements for completeness.
    • Communicate with Sellers for any items missing or needing corrections.
    • Updating listing pricing, expiration dates or other items. (as needed)

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • 2+ years experience in the Real Estate industry 
    • Experience in related industries considered in lieu of Real Estate industry experience
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
    • Experience with contracts

     

    COMPENSATION:

    $36,000-$42,000 (based on experience)

    Bonus Compensation up to $10,000 Yearly based on KPI's
