    Job Description

    Mercedes Diaz Homes Network has over 30 years’ experience dedicated to providing the highest quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position will be based in our Whittier corporate office (not remote). We offer competitive compensation and outstanding benefits!

    The Recruiting Manager actively partners with business leaders to meet and anticipate the evolving staffing needs of the organization. They will lead and manage a team of recruiters to fulfill the business needs of the company. Responsible for identifying and hiring the best possible talent while consistently achieving staffing level objectives by utilizing traditional sourcing strategies, in addition to developing new, creative recruiting channels. Develops reports tracking and communicating progress of recruiting efforts.

    JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Develops strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to better understand the requirements of positions and candidate profile.
    • Effectively develops and executes recruitment strategies, including sourcing prospects and managing recruiting pipeline based on needs and organizational priorities.
    • Ensures team adopts industry best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process that fulfills internal hiring needs.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to analyze their hiring needs.
    • Responsible for tracking and documenting recruiting metrics/efficiencies.
    • Manage all recruiting expenses and track ROI.
    • Revamp the applicant tracking system to interface with MDH’s website and ensure that it meets compliance and industry best practice.
    • Responsible for setting clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team to meet.
    • Manage, mentor, train and develop recruiting team to address key stakeholders needs and meet key performance metrics.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Bachelor’s degree required

    · 4+ years’ previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing experience

    · 2+ years’ recruiting leadership and management experience

    · 1+ years’ experience in business analytics and reporting

    · Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results

    · Experience using social media recruiting campaigns to bolster candidate flow

    · Ability to learn, interpret, and apply local, state and federal policies and procedures relating to HR and the industry

    · Proven track record of souring, engaging, and recruiting talent, must have verifiable and substantial experience in successful recruiting in social services.

    · Proven knowledge of labor markets, recruiting practices and effective social media recruitment tools.

    · Fluent in Spanish
