Sales Executive Support - Must have experience in Sales
Responsibilities:
• Internally and externally generate business leads, acquire new business, and expand the customer base. Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Formulate and implement the Annual Business Plan, Business Strategy, and Sales Budget.
• Attain targets for all sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance benchmarks.
• Develop and promote effective market promotions for Los Angeles Station.
• Collaborate with the overseas team to cultivate mutual accounts, establish target goals, and strive for their achievement.
• Craft proposals and presentations for potential clients adhering to current guidelines.
• Oversee customer risk management, credit applications, and Accounts Receivable collection in cases where accounting faces challenges in collecting customer payments.
• Execute any necessary tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
• Mandatory sales activities include a minimum of 25 cold calls per week, at least 15 sales visits per week, visiting a minimum of 8 new accounts per week, generating a minimum of 5 sales leads per week, and securing a minimum of 3 new accounts per month.
• Must be willing to meet with Sales Team for scheduled sales meeting once every week at the LA office located in El Segundo, CA
• 1-month initial training must be done on-site in El Segundo, CA office
Experience Required:
1-3 years of Freight Forwarding/Logistics experience.
6 months- 1 year of Sales experience.
Preference:
Candidates with substantial Freight Forwarding/International Logistics experience are preferred, with some background in sales. Priority will be given to individuals with strong expertise in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, as industry knowledge significantly enhances sales capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in numbers, with a keen eye for detail.
Quick and organized, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience in B2B sales.
Ability to meet monthly KPIs and numerical targets.
