Job Description

The On-Site Manager will be responsible for supporting their location's associates and managing the team's performance in achieving the Client's KPIs and SLAs. Responsibilities * Execute talent acquisition strategies and proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure future talent needs are met. * Submit and track pre-employment assessments including employment applications, interview scheduling, background checks, drug tests and reference checks. * Ensure compliance in preemployment screening and paperwork. * Manage i-9 completion. * Provide post offer support. * Maintain candidate relationships by interacting with them at various stages of the recruiting process. * Maintain record of candidate pipeline status and communicate findings to client on weekly basis. * Post jobs to appropriate job boards including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist, etc. * Ensure all communications are error-free, timely and impact driven customer service. * Efficiently prioritizes workload to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. * Strategize with team and management on best work-flow processes. * Track Associates attendance & punctuality and assist with processing associate's payroll. * Onboard new associates and termination documentation. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year on-site team management experience required. Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish required; must be able to converse fluently in both languages. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and use of standard office equipment. Physically able to walk and work standing for extended periods of time. Willing to travel within DFW metroplex. Flexible work hours.
