Client Service Representative - Account Manager - Order Fulfillment

MDS Fulfillment, Inc., is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual with warehouse distribution experience to join our winning team as an Client Service Representative. This position will work on full client account management supporting their needs through the entire order entry to order fulfillment process and every aspect of coordination within.  Our new CSR will strive to “Strengthen our customer’s brand through industry leading fulfillment services”.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE OUR ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR:

• Experience in a warehousing or distribution environment required with ERP experience.
• Positive, outgoing customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with customers in a relationship building environment
• Detail and deadline driven
• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure completion
• A desire for continuously improve – both at a company & individual level

A “DAY IN THE LIFE” AS OUR ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR:

• Managing daily order flow
• Inventory maintenance
• Routing of LTL/TL shipments
• Billing, and daily contact with clients of assigned accounts.
• The Order Fulfillment Coordinator works closely with the client, warehouse personnel, freight carriers, and management team to facilitate customer satisfaction.
