WHO WE WANT

MDT Financial Advisors is seeking candidates for a full-time Financial Advisor (FA) position in our Clear Lake area office. The FA will be a team player working closely as a trusted advisor serving the needs of our clients and their families. They will provide planning and relationship management to the clients of MDT Financial Advisors. You will work in a team format with at least one Senior Financial Advisor

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned
• Handle all communication with the client base including phone calls, emails, and meetings
• Attend all client meetings and be responsible for all follow-up activities
• Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with the main focus on service and operations
• Assist in developing annual client review materials
• Assist the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested
• Interact with the practice's operations team on all planning and follow up
• Develop and maintain written systems of all activities
• Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the operations team
• Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements
• Attend all practice client events

WHAT YOU NEED:

· Writing and communications skills.

· A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.

· Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows 10.

· Ability to take direction from various individuals.

· Great organizing and multi-tasking skills.

· Demonstrate personal initiative and motivation to succeed.

HELPFUL:

· Previous Sales Experience

· 2-3 years investment advisory experience.
