    Job Description

    The candidate will provide administrative support to business litigation firm.

    Essential job requirements:

    The ideal candidate will possess well-developed administrative, organizational, and teamwork skills, have a high level of initiative, excellent judgment and attention to detail, and will take pride in their work.

    Duties:

    • Communicate with law firm staff, clients and opposing counsel.
    • Process mail.
    • Answer telephones.
    • Organize case files.
    • Assist with scheduling and preparation for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, trials and other proceedings.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Pleasant and professional demeaner.
    • Accuracy in grammar, spelling and punctuation and excellent attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with ability to work on one's own, as well as in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Familiarity with Clio a plus.
    • Partial remote work schedule is available.

    12-20 hours per week.
