As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media/Web Specialist.

As a Social Media/Web Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Management:

* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
* Create compelling content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.

• Web Presence:

* Maintain and update the company website (BIG Commerce) with fresh and relevant content.
* Optimize website performance and user experience.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create online campaigns and promotions.

• Content Creation:

* Generate visually appealing and informative content for social media and the website.
* Coordinate photoshoots to showcase our products in the best light.
* Write engaging product descriptions and narratives.

• Analytics and Reporting:

* Track and analyze social media and website metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
* Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and website maintenance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools and content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics.
• Passion for knives and an understanding of the premium knife market is a plus.
