Our busy Dermatology medical practice in Great Neck is seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

● Assist the physician during exams and procedures

● Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and supplies

● Record patient histories, vital signs, and other medical information

● Handle phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-up as needed

● Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols

Qualifications

● Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred

● Excellent communication and multitasking skills

● Knowledge of EMR systems a plus

● Friendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
