About the Role:

Join Gentle Touch Medical Group P C as a Medical Assistant in the beautiful Los Gatos, CA. Be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.

Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Record and update patient medical histories accurately.

Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by physicians.

Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.

Perform basic lab tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Provide exceptional patient support and education regarding treatments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience

Medical Assistant Certificate

Aesthetics experience is a big plus

Sales experience is a big plus

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.

Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
