Medical Assistant – Podiatry Office (Multiple Locations)

We are a large, fast-paced podiatry practice with multiple doctors and four office locations, currently seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Required)

ECW (eClinicalWorks) / EMR experience (Required)

Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor

Ability to handle 20+ patients per day

Charting experience is a plus

Experience in orthopedics or podiatry is a plus

Foot and Ankle experience preferred

Student/Nursing home-only experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate patient-related information with the physician

Accurately take notes during visits and update electronic health records

Collaborate with the medical team to ensure effective patient care

Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism

Provide excellent patient interaction and bedside manner

Demonstrate advanced computer, organization, and multitasking skills

Thrive under pressure in a high-volume clinic setting
