Medical Assistant – Podiatry Office (Multiple Locations) Join a leading podiatry practice dedicated to high-quality patient care!

We are a large, fast-paced podiatry practice with multiple physicians and four convenient office locations. We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to become an integral part of our growing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (required)

Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) / EMR systems (preferred)

Ability to manage 20+ patients per day in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Prior experience in orthopedics or podiatry a plus

Foot and ankle care experience preferred

Charting experience is beneficial

Student or nursing home-only experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately document patient visits and update electronic health records

Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical team

Provide exceptional bedside manner and patient interactions

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Thrive in a high-volume clinic environment with excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Assist with clinical duties and support efficient patient flow
