Position Summary
Oriented Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations in our integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health clinic.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who is both administrative and hands-on, with experience supporting clinical teams and managing front office operations.

Medical Assistant experience
Medical Billing & Coding experience
2–5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, excellent patient care, and efficient workflow across administrative and clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
Oversee daily clinic schedule and workflow
Manage front office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain supplies, records, and office organization
Support leadership with reporting and coordination
Front Desk & Patient Services
Greet and check in/out patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and assist with authorizations
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Billing & Insurance
Process billing and insurance claims
Handle authorizations and claim submissions
Assist patients with billing questions
Clinical Support
Assist providers with patient flow
Take vitals and update medical histories
Prepare patients for exams
Maintain exam rooms and records
Perform basic lab tasks (e.g., urinalysis)
Staff Support
Supervise front desk operations
Assist with onboarding and scheduling
Ensure adherence to clinic policies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Required: Medical Assistant experience
Required: Medical Billing & Coding experience
Required: 2–5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare office
Leadership or office management experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices
Experience with insurance claims and billing processes
EHR experience (Modernizing Medicine preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, patient-focused attitude
Work Environment
On-site role in a clinical setting with daily interaction with patients, providers, and administrative staff.
