Position Summary
CereCore is seeking to hire a MEDITECH Conversions Analyst to support enterprise-wide EHR data conversion initiatives. This role will collaborate with various leaders, product owners, analysts, project managers, and technical solution providers across the organization to deliver on business needs related to EHR data conversion and support.
The MEDITECH Conversions Analyst will assist with the coordination of designated work efforts, escalation of issues, and support of associated areas to ensure successful data conversion efforts tied to MEDITECH Expanse implementations and ongoing operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with various teams, both internal and vendor, to understand work strategies, planning and any challenges related to Expanse data conversions.
- Support data conversion efforts and validations across multiple facilities and business lines
- Provide assistance and support to facilitate business needs, risks, and issues as they arise
- Escalation of concerns or issues that could impact a successful project go live in a timely and detailed manner.
- Attendance and participation in team and/or project meetings.
- Provide detailed report outs and status updates as needed.
- Propose recommendations, adjustments and/or process improvements to achieve success as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years in relevant work experience required
- Experience working with Meditech MAGIC, Expanse, or other electronic health system required.
- Previous Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with project management and/or IT implementations preferred.
- Knowledge of business process improvement, workflows and evaluation of processes.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible with a changing environment.
- Ability to accomplish assignments, analyzing a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management on aspects of IT system development, operations and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Defines, plans, orchestrates and delivers a given strategic initiative.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ongoing professional development or certifications related to MEDITECH, clinical informatics, or healthcare IT preferred.
