MELA GROUP has partnered with the largest retailers in the nation to provide its customers with exclusive access to top of the line brands and exclusive products. Due to increased demand during the holiday season, MELA GROUP is hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to assist with the expansion into the Orange County area. Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not required.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION ONLY. APPLICANTS MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and engage customer sat our promotional campaigns
• Engage customers in our client's products & services
• Assist the Management team with event prep and closing
• Coordinate event activities including event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
• Process, generate, and track event sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong desire to work within the retail/sales/marketing/events field
• One-year experience working in the marketing, sales, customer service, or related industries
• Ability to punctually and reliably work full-time hours
