What You’ll Do:
-Provide support and counseling to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges
\- Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions
\- Assist with client assessments and treatment planning
\- Help clients develop coping skills and relapse prevention strategies
\- Maintain client documentation and progress notes
\- Work alongside a supportive team focused on recovery and growth

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
\- Experience working with mental health and/or substance abuse clients preferred
\- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
