S Y Lee Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP CAD Designer to support the production of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing construction documents. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit and can produce accurate, high-quality construction documents for commercial, educational, municipal, healthcare, private, and public sector projects while working closely with our engineering team.

Responsibilities

Prepare MEP construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Develop plans, details, schedules, and equipment layouts.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other design disciplines.

Revise drawings based on engineering markups and client comments.

Maintain company drafting standards and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

3+ years of MEP drafting/design experience preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit required.

Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing building systems preferred.

Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
