About the Role:

Join Insparisk LLC as a MEP Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

Conduct visual inspections of MEP systems at a central location located near Detroit MI.

Visually inspect building envelopes including walls, ceiling, and flooring for any defects and research remaining useful life.

Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports using client's software.

Provide expert recommendations for improvements and compliance measures.

Assist in training and mentoring junior inspectors.

Includes travel stipend

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP inspections, general contracting or a similar role.

Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
