    Responsibilities

    Support MEP and GC Clients

    Onboard project teams and train field users on QA/QC workflows

    Deliver hands-on training sessions using real-world jobsite examples from MEP coordination, inspection processes, and closeout preparation

    Support teams during project ramp-up and software rollout

    Drive Adoption of QA/QC Software

    Guide teams in replacing manual checklists with centralized QA/QC workflows

    Help users navigate product features like punch list tracking, test result logs, and dashboard reporting

    Ensure clients see value in the platform early and often

    Improve Product Through Field Insights

    Gather structured feedback from project teams

    Work with product and engineering teams to shape future features

    Build Field Credibility

    Develop trusted relationships with contractors by speaking their language

    Visit job sites as needed to stay grounded in evolving best practices

    Qualifications

    Required

    2+ years experience in MEP construction (with a GC or trade contractor)

    Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, punch lists, inspections, and system-level signoffs

    Ability to translate field processes into software training and guidance

    Excellent communication and training skills

    Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, or CRM tools (Hubspot preferred)

    Willingness to travel to client job sites

    Preferred

    Experience with Facility Grid, Procore, Oradesk Construction Cloud, or other construction software

    Exposure to SaaS or Agile product environments

    Familiarity with mission-critical projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers)
