Position: Quality Technician

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards before being released to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform tests and analyses to ensure products meet quality specifications
- Identify and document any quality issues and work with production teams to address and resolve them
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and test results
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues throughout the production process
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to quality control
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns and improvements

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software
- Knowledge of quality control techniques and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
