    Position Summary

    The Distribution Associate picks products from our inventory cage and prepares orders for delivery to our retail customers based on given Pick lists.
    The Distribution Associate reports to the Distribution Supervisor and Operations Manager.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    Picking and Packing:

    • Pick products based on an order's Pick list by ensuring correct count, quality, and compliance stickers.
    • Ensure barcodes on products match the order.
    • Check every single item for quality and accuracy.
    • Look for defects and determine if the product is sellable according to company QC standards.
    • Check that the product has a compliance sticker that is accurate and matches the order.
    • Pack the verified products following packing standards using merch packs and boxes.
    • Identify, sort, and reject defective products.
    • Print labels and re-label products as needed.

    Other responsibilities

    • Keep workstation and area safe, clean, and organized.
    • Be knowledgeable on fulfillment processes.
    • Be able to perform various processes in the department.
    • Execute and perform tasks as instructed by Supervisor/Managers.
    • Help other departments when asked or as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum 21 years of age
    • Detail-oriented
    • Self-disciplined
    • Ability to use a ladder and carry up to 30lbs.
    • Ability to stand/walk 8 hours per day.
    • Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 30lbs.
    • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
    • Able and willing to be on site 40 hours per week.
    • Reliable
    • Must be able to work weekends when needed.
    • Comply with company and departmental policies and standards.

    Work Location and Schedule:

    This is a full-time (M-F 7:00 am – 3:30 pm), paid by the hour, non-exempt position. The employee must have reliable transportation and will work on-site at our facility in South Park, Seattle.
