    Position Overview:

    The Executive Assistant embodies a role that harmonizes operational and administrative acumen with an understanding of business dynamics. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our founders with their day-to-day work activities. You employ your diverse skill set to enhance efficiency and contribute insightful perspectives in support of our founders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Astute Administrative Mastery:

    • Meticulously manage schedules, appointments, and travel logistics, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing complex tasks with a strategic outlook.
    • Craft polished reports, presentations, and correspondence that align with the Founder's strategic vision.
    • Anticipate business administrative needs and proactively devise solutions to optimize workflow.
    • Maintain accurate files, documents, and records, ensuring business integrity and confidentiality.

    Business-Infused Logistical Wizardry:

    • Expertly coordinate meetings, infusing each occasion with a strategic touch that aligns with business objectives.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Collaborative spirit, seamlessly integrating into multifunctional teams and fostering positive relationships.

    Innovation:

    • Harness your intuitive business sense to improve processes, improve operational efficiencies, and our Founder's productivity.
    • Collaborate with Founders and others to introduce innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives.
    • Propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness.

    Communication Mastery:

    • Serve as a bridge between departments, ensuring alignment and fostering cohesive collaboration.
    • Support internal and external communication by drafting and editing communications, emails, and announcements.
    • Confidentiality is assumed, not unless told otherwise.
    • Serve as a point of contact for business inquiries that involve the Founders.
    • Work through challenges with a blend of creativity and keen business sense, offering innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • You have a reputation as the go-to resource for problem-solving.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related experience.
    • Experience in an operational/administrative support role showing a track record of excellence.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
    • Business confidence and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Business-minded with the ability to run with a pack of Founders.
    • You have a collaborative work style and know how to direct/redirect thoughtfully based on what you know.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
    • Familiarity with project coordination concepts is desirable.

    Requisites: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age

    Physical Requirements:

    ****Essential functions require working in an office setting. Employees must be able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours a workday.

    Work Location and Schedule: This is an exempt position generally scheduled Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm. You will be working at our office in Phoenix. Work schedules are subject to change at the discretion of management and company needs. Travel may be required from time to time.
