    OUTLINE: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the moving process and ensuring their needs are met. This role is integral to our operations, playing a key part in the success of our customers, sales, and crews. BENEFITS: • Paid weekly • Health, Dental, & Vision insurance • Employer-paid life insurance • Employee assistance program • 401(k) with Employer Match • Paid time off Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all communications from the point of sale • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with booked projects • Monitor and respond to customer communications via phone, email, and text message (via CRM) in a timely manner • Set customer expectations clearly and identify opportunities to enhance their moving experience • Act as a customer liaison and provide day of support • Troubleshoot and de-escalate customer service issues • Develop industry knowledge to handle local, interstate, intrastate, and storage moves confidently • Develop knowledge of the services, materials, and additional fees offered by MG Moving and knowledge of what we do not move • Support the sales department by finding solutions to policy deviations to ensure smooth project execution • Handle 3rd party communications to successfully coordinate projects for customers • Communicate the claims process to customers with damaged items Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is requiredExcellent communication skills to inform, help, and advise customers clearlyAbility to communicate with other vendors to coordinate successful projects for customersExcellent organizational skillsStrong problem-solving skillsConfidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy, especially when dealing with challenging situationsThe ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with consistently high-quality results is necessaryAvailability to rotate Saturdays 8 am-1 pm, with an expected 1 shift per monthMust successfully pass a criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug test Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 yearly depending on experience
