Job Description
Effectively manage incoming calls from customers and sales representatives Go the extra mile to care for customers - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction via telephone or email. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with every customer Must be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to engage with the team and customers Able to communicate openly and interactively with the team and management Processing orders and communicating with customers regarding order status and fulfillment Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the service expectation is achieved Check credit holds Coordinate petty cash and company card as needed. Sales Representative key contact Periodically coordinate installations Maintain stock for installer parts Maintain records for all completed installs
