    We are seeking individuals to join our team in the role of Full-Time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will perform duties as assigned in the installation, modification, design, maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings and its infrastructure in accordance with federal and state regulations and policies and procedures of the organization. Experience in plumbing is preferred, HVAC licensure desired.

    Location: Fort Worth, TX

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

    Job Qualifications:

    Education: High School or equivalent

    Experience: Minimum required 1-year experience preferably in a health care setting

    Skills: Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills

    Transportation: Ability to ensure timely arrival and stable transportation.

    Essential Responsibilities:


    • Perform general maintenance functions with oversight, including but not limited to general plumbing, light fixtures, doors, and related hardware, windows and screens, floor covering, furnishing and fixtures, painting/finishing of surfaces, pouring/finishing concrete walks, etc.

    • Possess the ability to operate powered equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, electric clippers and pruning saws. Grounds-keeping of lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance.

    • Comply with Lock-Out-Tag-Out and all OSHA safety requirements

    • Interpersonal skills to interact with teammates, residents and guests in a pleasant manner

    • Practice safe and secure environment

    • Establish and encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and interest in residents; activity preferences and needs.
