    We are seeking individuals to fulfill the role of Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in a FT, PT and/or as-needed (PRN) capacity. Certified Nurse Aides perform a variety of certified tasks to support the needs of our communities overall, to include providing routine activities of daily living and care in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents. Will take personal responsibility to provide person centered care according to the care plan of each individual resident and carrying out the assigned duties by the charge nurse.

    Location: Fort Worth

    Current Incentives: shift bonuses, shift differential, paid time off after 30 days

    ** $500 sign-on bonus!** 1st payment of $100 to be made upon completion of training. $100 after 30 days of employment, $125 after 60 days of employment, and $175 after 90 days of employment.

    Schedule: 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 and double weekends

    Education Requirements: Current Texas State CNA Certification

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, professional providers and teammates
    • Perform and accurately document ADLs in electronic resident record
    • Document and verbally report resident conditions/changes in conditions in the electronic resident record
    • Promote resident independence, interacting with residents in a manner promoting their wellbeing
    • Perform daily care per the resident’s care plan and observed needs
    • Maintain the resident’s environment in a safe and tidy manner, including adherence to infection control practices
    • Recognize and respond and make prompt and accurate judgments with regards to resident care needs
    • Establish and encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and interest in residents; activity preferences and needs
